Steps to Reset SBI Net Banking Password Using Profile Password
- visit SBI net banking portal
- Click on the "forgot login password"
3. You will be redirected to the new drop-down menu. Select “Forgot My Login Password or username” and click “Next”
4. You have to fill details like your username, bank account number, date of birth and mobile number and country. Be sure to enter every detail correctly. If a description does not match the description available in the SBI database, you cannot proceed to change your password.
5. After submitting the details, you will receive an OTP (One Time Password) on your registered mobile number.
6. Enter OTP at a specified location on the screen.
7. A new drop-down menu will appear with options to change your login password. Select the option "Change login password using profile password".
8. Enter the correct profile password.
9. You can enter a new password of your choice and enter it again to confirm
10. Your new login password is reset now, you can log in to SBI Internet Banking with a new login
You also follow the above steps for the reset of username (slightly different). Only in 3rd step choose in the drop-down menu "reset the username" and then press next for the further option is same as above. Thanks
